The information and data of each client organization remain strictly confidential. They are never disclosed, shared or used for any purpose other than providing the service, without the explicit consent of the organization concerned.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
This policy describes KENTEKOD's commitments to organizations that use the platform or do business with the KenTeKoD team, regarding the confidentiality, use and protection of their data and information.
2. Confidentiality commitment
Any information provided to KENTEKOD by a client organization — project, portfolio and resource data, documents, communications or any other business information — is treated as strictly confidential. This information is under no circumstances disclosed, sold, shared with a third party or used for purposes other than providing the service to that organization, without its prior explicit consent.
3. Data isolation between organizations
Each client organization has its own project portfolio, technically isolated from those of other organizations using the platform. This isolation is enforced at the server level, on every type of data: no organization can view, modify or even detect the existence of another organization's data. Only explicitly authorized KENTEKOD staff may, when needed, access an organization on an occasional basis for technical support purposes.
4. Use of data
A client organization's data is used only to provide it with the service (platform operation, technical support, improvement of its own environment). It is never used for commercial or advertising purposes, for aggregated statistics intended for third parties, or for comparisons between client organizations, without the prior written consent of the organization concerned.
5. Consent required for any disclosure
Subject to legal obligations to which KENTEKOD may be bound (e.g., an order from a competent court), no information belonging to a client organization is disclosed to a third party — including another client organization, a partner or a supplier — without the explicit prior consent of the organization concerned.
6. Hosting and data residency
Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in Canadian regions, with Microsoft Entra ID authentication. No data is transferred outside Canada as part of the normal operation of the service.
7. Security
Access to the platform requires authentication through the organization's work account (Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on) — KENTEKOD does not manage any separate password. Communications with the platform are encrypted, and access is logged.
8. Data retention and deletion
A client organization's data is kept for the duration of the business relationship. At the end of that relationship, the organization may request the export and/or complete deletion of its data, upon simple written request.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the platform or to applicable legal requirements. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
